New to Fitness

Are you ready to get in shape and have great time while you're at it? Sign up for your free one-on-one session.

You will receive a baseline fitness & mobility assessment, an overview of the GRIT Starter Program, goal setting session, meet the team, and tour of our facility.


From there you'll begin our comprehensive four week GRIT Starter Program which is designed to teach you everything you'll need to know to jump into the group classes. We'll focus on cultivating a proper mindset, nutrition basics, setting goals, and maximizing your efforts.

Are you ready to take your fitness to the next level in a culture and environment that provides a more focused and mindful approach? Do you feel stuck or are you not making progress in your current training environment? We understand. We’ve been there.


Grit encompasses a wide range of people from all ability levels and we celebrate our athletes who want to push themselves by continuously working on new skills and challenges. We are serious about helping you achieve your goals by creating a thoughtful and comprehensive fitness plan, environment and culture.

Month to Month

Ready to start but not ready to commit? No problem. You can begin training at Grit a month at a time and change your plan later.



6 Month Commitment

Are you ready to join the Grit family? Sign up for six months and enjoy a reduced rate. Welcome to the Grit family. We're so glad you're here.



6 Month Commitment

If you and your partner join Grit for six months you'll receive an even better rate. With the support of your partner and the Grit family you'll be unstoppable.

Drop-Ins & Personal Training



Per Drop-In

We always welcomes drop-ins. The fee is $15 per visit, $50 per week (with unlimited visits) or $150 per month (with unlimited visits) for those staying from out of town.



Per Half Hour / Hour Session

If you are looking to work on a specific goal or are interested in a more personal coaching relationship then our Personal Training options can work for you.
